• FPC 01–06 — Factory production control procedures (material traceability, joint preparation, member identification, weld repair, dimensional tolerances, cutting of re-entrant corners).
• WPS / WPQR / WQTC master register — live register of procedures, qualification records and welder codings.
• Consumable certificate register and consumable issue in/out log.
• Weld history sheet and weld surveillance sheet.
• Calibration register and certificates (welding plant, measuring equipment).
• Approved Suppliers List; technical review / contract review (design) sheet; EN 15085 intake and preliminary enquiry forms.
• Welding activity log — the continuous record of coordination decisions (Section 16).
• RWC appointment and delegation record, and RWC competence evidence.
• Welding management system master document register — the controlled index of every document, register, form and record in this system.
• Controlled standards register — standards held, revision, and location.
• Customer-specific requirements register — including Alstom DTRF 150215 and the EG series.

Controlled copy. The controlled master of every document in this system is the file held on the IDM server in the welding management system folder structure. This portal is a controlled view of it. Where the two differ, the server file governs.
